The Aurova model

Aurova is an educational publisher and research platform — not a broker, exchange, or custodian. Members learn to place assets into private trusts and trade the resulting trust units on a private-membership bulletin board. It's asset-trading education with real tools, no custody, no buy/sell recommendations.

💡 From asset to trust unit

A member holds an asset (say, a claim or a collectible). They place it into a trust, which issues units representing beneficial interest. Those units — not the asset itself — are what's listed. The asset stays in the trust; the units trade. This is the structure, not the trade itself.

The bulletin-board flow

Members post indications of interest (willing to buy/sell units at a price) on the private board. Matching is peer-to-peer: two members agree, and the trade is recorded. Aurova provides the education, the board, and the tooling — not execution or custody.

Why trust units

Trust units let members fractionalize and transfer interest in an asset without moving the asset itself — and without Aurova ever taking custody. It's a legal-structure approach to asset liquidity, grounded in trust law you've now studied for a year.

💡 What Aurova is NOT

Aurova does not hold your funds, recommend trades, or guarantee returns. The publisher model means members pay a flat access fee for education and tools. Trading decisions, custody, and risk are yours. This separation is exactly what keeps it compliant.

The compliance line

The entire program has built toward this: understand assets (Q1-Q2), master trading (Q3), structure and manage risk (Q4) — and now, apply it through the trust/bulletin-board framework. Education, tools, and a private board; never custody, never recommendations.
